| Unless otherwise specified in your confirmed itinerary, our tour packages may include the following services: – Hotel accommodation in double, twin, or triple sharing rooms with daily breakfast (where hotel accommodation is included) – Private air-conditioned transportation for airport transfers, sightseeing, and excursions unless a SIC (Seat-in-Coach) or Group Tour is specified – Entrance fees, boat tríp, and excursions as stated in the itinerary – Experienced local English-speaking tour guide(s) according to the confirmed itinerary – Complimentary mineral water during sightseeing tours 24/7 customer support and assistance throughout your journey | Unless specifically stated in your confirmed itinerary, the following items are not included: – Taxes – Visa services – Wire fees or bank transfer charges of any kind – Domestic or international flights (unless specified) – Meals not mentioned in the itinerary – Beverages – Personal expenses – Travel insurance – Single supplement – Early check-in or late check-out – Hotel or room upgrades (unless specified) – Peak season or special event surcharges – Any other services not specifically mentioned above |
1. Travel Information
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, please review the following travel information before your departure.
1.1. Visa Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents before departure, including passports, visas, and any other entry requirements applicable to their destinations.
Visa regulations vary depending on your nationality and the country you intend to visit. We recommend checking the latest immigration requirements well in advance of your travel date.

1.2. Flights
Unless specifically stated in your confirmed quotation, international and domestic flights are not included in our tour packages.
Airline schedules are managed independently by each airline and may change with or without prior notice. If you arrange your own flights, please provide us with your confirmed flight details as soon as possible. Any subsequent changes to your arrival or departure schedule should also be communicated promptly so that airport transfers and other travel arrangements can be adjusted where possible.
While we will always do our best in any schedule changes, Indochina Travel Expert is not held responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or any operational changes made by airlines.
